Hatch Early Learning Offers PBS KIDS Apps on New iStartSmart Mobile Tablets

Publish Date: Apr 27, 2015

Hatch Inc., a leading provider of early learning technology, announced today that it will offer a few of the PBS KIDS apps on all new Hatch iStartSmart® Mobile tablets, starting on April 27th, 2015. Providing content from PBS KIDS, the #1 educational media brand for children, is part of a continued effort by Hatch to improve Kindergarten readiness skills in preschool classrooms nationwide.

The PBS KIDS apps that will be available on iStartSmart Mobile tablets include Daniel Tiger's Grr-ific Feelings, Peg + Cat: The Tree Problem, Caillou Let's Pretend, and Peg + Cat Big Gig. These apps focus on building essential reading, math, and social-emotional skills, while encouraging the exploration of song creation, imagination, creative problem solving, and more.

"Offering content from PBS KIDS, an organization with a proven track record of creating exceptional educational media for children, is an obvious choice for Hatch," said Ginny Norton, President of Hatch. "We are excited for the opportunity to continue providing children and teachers with the tools they need to improve Kindergarten readiness skills."

New iStartSmart Mobile tablets with the four PBS KIDS apps will be available on April 27th, 2015.
